  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Or fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Adjust to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flake the fresh salmon into small pieces in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, beaten egg, fresh herbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the salmon and mix gently.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a blender, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.
  7. Serve the salmon balls warm with the creamy avocado sauce.
