Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the Sago: Boil water, add sago, simmer for 20 minutes until translucent. Let sit, then rinse.
  2. Boil the Glutinous Rice Balls: Boil water, add rice balls, cook until they float (5-7 minutes), then cool them.
  3. Prepare the Mango: Dice the mango, reserve some for garnish, and puree half with coconut milk if desired.
  4. Assemble the Smoothie: In a bowl, combine cooked sago, diced mango, rice balls, and coconut milk. Chill before serving.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Serve in bowls, garnished with mango slices or toasted coconut.
