- In a large mixing bowl, shred the hearts of romaine into bite-sized pieces and arrange salami, provolone, mozzarella balls, cucumber, red pepper, and white onion over the romaine.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, and brown sugar until combined. Cover and let it chill overnight.
