Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, typically soaking in hot water for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  3. Season the thinly sliced beef sirloin with salt and pepper, then sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove beef and add another tablespoon of vegetable oil, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds.
  5. Add chopped red bell pepper and broccoli florets, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return beef to skillet, pour in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; stir for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Gently fold in the cooked rice noodles and stir for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, serve immediately in bowls.
