- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, typically soaking in hot water for 8-10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
- Season the thinly sliced beef sirloin with salt and pepper, then sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove beef and add another tablespoon of vegetable oil, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds.
