- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unwrap one sheet of thawed puff pastry, lay it flat, and layer with cheese and deli ham. Place a second sheet on top and press lightly.
- Cut the layered pastry into 1-inch wide strips and twist around wooden skewers to form tree shapes.
- Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley for glaze. Brush over each tree.
- Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
