Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll the biscuit dough into 1/4 inch thick circles. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture at the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Combine melted butter and minced garlic, and brush this mixture over each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic-buttered bombs.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  9. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
