- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll the biscuit dough into 1/4 inch thick circles. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture at the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Combine melted butter and minced garlic, and brush this mixture over each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic-buttered bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
