- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Cook sausage meat in the skillet with herbs, salt, and pepper until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to a rectangle of about 12x10 inches.
