Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by placing 1 cup of ripe blackberries in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until you achieve a smooth consistency. Use a fine mesh strainer over a bowl to extract the juice while leaving the seeds behind.
- In a pitcher, combine the freshly strained blackberry juice with ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and sweetener. Stir well until fully dissolved and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Gently pour in 1 to 2 cups of sparkling water into the pitcher, mixing carefully to maintain the bubbles.
- Prepare your serving glasses by filling each with ice cubes. Pour the blackberry lemon mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately to enjoy the refreshing flavors!

Notes
Store any leftover mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days without adding sparkling water. For preparation ahead of time, combine the juice the day before and add fizz just before serving.
