For Garnishing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture, spreading evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  3. After cooling for 10 minutes, crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Spread this Oreo mixture over the cooled brownies.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy whipping cream until boiling. Pour it over chocolate chips and whisk until smooth to make ganache.
  5. Pour ganache over the Oreo layer, spread evenly, and garnish with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes to set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve immediately or share at a gathering.
