Baking Instructions

  6. Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  8. Pour the ganache over the chilled cheesecake bars and let set before slicing and serving.
