Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Corn: Remove husks from the fresh corn and trim the ends. Cut each corn cob in half, then slice into quarters.
  2. Season: Combine olive oil, sweet paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat each corn piece with the mixture.
  3. Cook Corn: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook corn ribs for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Make Aleppo Chili Butter: Melt vegan butter over low heat, stir in olive oil and Aleppo chili flakes, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Prepare Lime Zest Cream Cheese: Combine vegan cream cheese, lime zest, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
