Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions, then mix with rice wine vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  2. Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and coating lightly with cornstarch.
  3. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat and add salmon pieces, cooking undisturbed for 3 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Create a glaze with soy sauce, honey, ginger powder, and sesame seeds, then pour over the salmon.
  6. Assemble the bowls by adding rice, crispy salmon, and fresh vegetables.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha for spicy mayo and drizzle over the assembled bowls.
