  • 1 cup fresh vegetables e.g. bell peppers and onions, chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning adjust to taste

  • 10 pieces egg roll wrappers sealed tightly
Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup tartar sauce

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, and fresh vegetables. Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the center. Fold and roll tightly to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 350°F. Test temperature with a thermometer.
  4. Fry 3-4 egg rolls in hot oil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove fried rolls and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauces.
