Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Chicken Bacon Wrap
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  3. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture over one side of each chicken breast.
  6. Lay two slices of bacon slightly overlapping and place the chicken breast at one edge. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the wrapped chicken and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
