Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheeseburger Egg Roll
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain excess fat and transfer to a bowl to cool.
  2. Return the skillet to medium heat, add diced onions, and sauté for about 2 minutes. Mix in the ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced pickles, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts, then cool completely before filling wrappers.
  3. Lay out egg roll wrappers and wet the edges with water. Place 3-4 tablespoons of filling near the bottom edge, fold the bottom over, and roll tightly to seal. Keep covered with a damp cloth.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry 5-6 egg rolls for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels. Repeat for remaining rolls.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth. Serve with egg rolls.
