  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice or to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by thoroughly drying 2 lbs of cubed potatoes with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ¾ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp paprika.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the spice mix, stir until it forms a paste, then coat potato cubes with it.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and air fry for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through; add 2 minutes for extra crunch if desired.
  5. Alternatively, preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, coat with oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a small pan, sauté 1 tsp of minced garlic until fragrant, then combine with the remaining ingredients for the cilantro sauce.
  7. Drizzle the cilantro sauce over the cooked potatoes and stir gently to coat evenly before serving.
