  3. Shape the mixture into small patties about ⅓-inch thick and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat with enough avocado oil to cover the bottom. Fry the fritters for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove the fritters from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve hot.
