For the Cauliflower
  • 1 head Cauliflower Can substitute with broccoli
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Regular breadcrumbs can be used
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Avocado oil is a great alternative
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise Use vegan mayo for plant-based
  • 0.5 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce Adjust for desired sweetness
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Adjust for desired spiciness
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar Apple cider vinegar can be used

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Dip each floret into the batter, ensuring full coverage.
  4. Roll the coated florets in Panko breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place on the baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.
  6. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  7. Toss the baked cauliflower in the Bang Bang sauce and serve warm.
