- Start by cutting the part-skim cheese sticks in half to create 24 shorter pieces. Set aside.
- Create a breading station with flour in one dish, whisked egg in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with spices in the third.
- Dust cheese sticks with flour, dip in egg, and then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Press breadcrumbs onto cheese sticks for a good coating.
- Arrange coated cheese sticks on a tray and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat air fryer to 385°F (195°C).
- Arrange frozen cheese sticks in air fryer basket and spray tops lightly with nonstick spray.
