  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken Rotisserie chicken can be used.
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese Can substitute with cheddar or dairy-free cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 can Diced Green Chiles Jalapeños can be substituted for more heat.
For Cooking
  • 2 seconds Avocado Oil Spray Olive oil spray is an alternative.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, taco seasoning, and diced green chiles. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  2. Warm your gluten-free tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. Lay a warmed tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the filling into the center of the tortilla. Fold the sides inward and start rolling from the bottom.
  4. Fill the air fryer basket with up to 5 taquitos at a time, ensuring there’s space between them for proper air circulation. Lightly spray the taquitos with avocado oil.
  5. Set your air fryer to 380°F and cook the taquitos for about 5-7 minutes. Remove the basket and check for doneness.
  6. After removing the cooked taquitos, you can continue with the remaining filling and tortillas.
  7. Once all the taquitos are cooked, plate them up and serve with your favorite condiments.

Notes
