  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Spray
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Low-fat mayo can be used
  • 1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce Heinz Thai Inspired Sweet Chili Sauce is a substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust according to heat preference
For the Slaw
  • 2 cups Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro Optional garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion Optional garnish
For the Tacos
  • 8 Flour Tortillas Can swap with gluten-free tortillas

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare shrimp by patting them dry and setting up a dredging station with tapioca flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  2. Bread the shrimp by dipping them into the seasoned tapioca flour, then the egg mixture, and finally rolling them in panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 390°F and arrange breaded shrimp in a single layer; air fry for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Make bang bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Prepare slaw by mixing coleslaw mix, cilantro, green onion, a few spoonfuls of bang bang sauce, and lime juice in a bowl.
  6. Warm tortillas and assemble tacos by layering slaw and crispy shrimp, drizzling more bang bang sauce on top.
