- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough carefully, place a dollop of cream cheese on each triangle, and roll them up.
- Arrange the rolled crescent rolls in the buttered casserole dish, creating two columns of eight rolls each.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and whole milk. Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped ham, diced jalapeño, freeze-dried parsley, and season with ground pepper and sea salt.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the crescent rolls. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
