  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk almond or oat milk

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt dairy or non-dairy as preferred

  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Tahini Date Coffee Smoothie: frozen bananas, pitted Medjool dates, tahini, rolled oats, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, brewed coffee, and non-dairy milk.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add the frozen bananas, pitted dates, tahini, rolled oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cooled brewed coffee. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  3. Adjust the smoothie’s consistency by adding more non-dairy milk if desired, blending after each addition until the preferred texture is reached.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with plain yogurt if desired. Serve immediately.
