- Reserve about ½ cup of the starchy pasta water before draining the cooked pasta.
- Combine the drained pasta and roasted tomatoes, tossing to mix.
- Fold in the ricotta sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot.
