  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Substitute with any melting cheese.
  • 4 slices Light Cheese Slices Any good melting cheese will do.
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust based on taste.
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional garnish.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the dry macaroni until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 125ml of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it up. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
  4. Lower heat and add cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheese slices. Stir for 3-4 minutes until melted and creamy. Adjust with reserved pasta water if too thick.
  5. Combine cooked macaroni with the creamy sauce, adding reserved pasta water to desired consistency.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, and enjoy your hearty bowl.
