Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Stir in 1 cup of orzo, sautéing for about 1-2 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in 2 cups of chopped broccoli and cover the pot, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
