Cooking Steps
  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken pieces and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the Aromatics: In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Create the Sauce: Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Return chicken and spaghetti to the skillet. Toss gently to coat in the sauce. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Melt the Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture, cover, and let sit on low heat for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
