Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until translucent. Introduce minced garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini; sauté for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the gnocchi to the skillet, gently stirring for 2-3 minutes to sear them slightly.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth and ½ cup of heavy cream. Add paprika, black pepper, and salt; mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine the reserved kielbasa and simmer for 5-6 minutes until flavors meld and gnocchi are tender.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for 1-2 minutes.
