Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, cooked sausage, diced green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with dippers of your choice.
