Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large soup pot or Dutch oven, heat the pot over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook it undisturbed for about 5-6 minutes, allowing it to brown nicely.
  2. Once the beef is cooked and browned, stir in the chopped onion and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning to the pot, stirring everything together. Cook for another minute.
  4. Next, add the orzo pasta to your pot, stirring it well to combine with the other ingredients. Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Allow the mixture to cook uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
  6. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and fresh baby spinach.
  7. Finally, taste your dish and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Serve it warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
