- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
