Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine Fresh Cranberries, Pomegranate Juice, Granulated Sugar, and Salt. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 8-10 minutes until cranberries burst.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, blend Cream Cheese, Chopped Scallions, Pickled Jalapeños, Lemon Zest, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper to create a smooth base.
  3. Remove the cranberry mixture from heat and let it cool for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Spoon the creamy base into a serving bowl and pour the cooled cranberry mixture on top, garnishing with extra scallions or jalapeños.
  5. Serve with an assortment of crackers, preferably at room temperature to enhance flavors.
