Preparation Steps
- Shred your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces, using a fork or fingers.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch mix, bacon, and green onions. Mix until well incorporated.
- Place a tortilla on a clean surface and scoop a portion of the chicken mixture into the center.
- Starting from the filled end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly away from you.
- Repeat the process for remaining tortillas, placing pinwheels seam-side down.
- (Optional) Wrap pinwheels in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange on a platter.
