Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 9-11 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to coat.
  7. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the pasta, stirring until melted.
