  2. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  3. Make the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Adjust thickness with a splash of milk if needed.
