Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather ingredients while the oven heats up.
  2. Cook Barilla Penne in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet and sauté diced onions and bell peppers for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika; cook for 30 seconds.
  5. In a mixing bowl, fold together the sautéed vegetables, pasta, crab meat, and sour cream.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with grated Swiss and cheddar cheese.
