  • 8 oz pasta your favorite type
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your equipment.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Cook chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté frozen peas for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
  6. Add drained pasta and mix thoroughly with the creamy sauce, peas, and bacon.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or additional Parmesan if desired.
