  • 1 can Tuna packed in water, drained
  • 2 medium Avocados ripe Hass avocados
  • 1/4 cup Red Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gather all the fresh ingredients for your Avocado Tuna Salad.
  2. Finely chop the red onions and celery.
  3. Open the can of tuna, drain it, and add it to the mixing bowl. Mash the ripe avocados and combine them with the tuna.
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice, sprinkle kosher salt and cumin to taste, and fold in the cilantro.
  5. Stir to combine, taste the salad, and adjust seasonings as needed.
