Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sizzle the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook thick-cut bacon over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, reserving some drippings.
  3. Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. In the skillet, sear chicken over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Set aside.
  4. Aromatics and Garlic: Lower heat and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Create the Sauce: Add chicken broth and milk to the skillet, stirring well. Add cubed cream cheese and cover to heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Whisk in Cheese and Simmer: Uncover and whisk in grated Parmesan until melted. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Combine and Serve: Return chicken and crumbled bacon to the skillet, then fold in drained pasta. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes and serve immediately.
