- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter and packed light brown sugar until well combined. Add the egg, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix just until incorporated; do not overmix.
