Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cottage Cheese Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Drain the cottage cheese well in a fine mesh strainer for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese with an optional egg and your choice of seasonings. Mix well.
