  • 1 package Potstickers frozen or homemade
  • 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger minced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce use low-sodium or tamari for gluten-free
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions sliced

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and freshly grated ginger, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in 4 cups of broth and 1 can of coconut milk. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add potstickers to the simmering broth and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
  4. Adjust seasoning by adding soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the soup and stir to combine.
  6. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with cilantro and green onions.
