  4. In a small saucepan, warm the black beans over medium heat with a sprinkle of cumin and salt for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sauté fresh corn kernels in a hot skillet for about 5 minutes until charred and fragrant.
  6. Cook the marinated steak in a skillet or grill for 3-4 minutes per side until it reaches 130-135°F for medium-rare.
  7. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.
