  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder or fresh alternatives.

For the Sauce

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice under cold water and cook in a pot with water and salt for 15-18 minutes.
  2. Mix the spices and rub onto the chicken, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked.
  3. Prepare guacamole by mashing avocados and mixing in lime juice and minced garlic.
  4. Make the dressing with yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic powder, then refrigerate.
  5. Prepare the vegetables, warming corn, rinsing beans, and slicing tomatoes.
