  1. In a medium bowl, combine bite-sized pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.

  3. In a medium saucepan, warm your choice of prepared gravy over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook frozen corn according to package instructions (4-5 minutes) or warm canned corn in a small saucepan for 3-4 minutes.
  5. If not using store-bought, boil peeled potatoes until fork-tender (15-20 minutes) and mash with butter and milk until creamy.
  6. In serving bowls, scoop a portion of creamy mashed potatoes, layer the chicken pieces over, add corn, drizzle with warm gravy, and top with cheddar cheese.
