Instructions
  1. In a glass jar or measuring cup, combine tahini, lower-sodium tamari, rice vinegar, maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add chopped Napa cabbage, shredded rotisserie chicken, and matchstick carrots. Stir in chopped green onions, roasted salted cashews, and fresh cilantro.
  3. Sprinkle salt over the salad mixture. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss everything gently but thoroughly until well-coated.
