  2. Add 1 pound of diced boneless, skinless chicken breasts to the skillet, seasoning generously with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Fold in 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets and 8 ounces of pre-cooked penne pasta. Stir well and allow broccoli to steam for about 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle 1 packet of ranch dressing mix over the mixture and add a splash of low-sodium chicken broth or water. Stir to combine.
