Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking for your Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake.
  2. Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded mozzarella (saving a little for the top), most of the turkey pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella and remaining turkey pepperoni across the top.
  7. Place the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set and the top is golden brown.
