Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked.
  3. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, cooking until the onions are soft, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  6. Mix the drained macaroni with the beef mixture, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sour cream.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and spread evenly.
