  • 0.75 cup Cold Milk For fluffy texture
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Optional garlic powder can be added

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and brown for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion to the beef, stir and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then, add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Mix in cream of mushroom soup and milk into the beef mixture, stirring until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Spread the beef mixture in the baking dish, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and pour creamy sauce over it.
  6. Prepare biscuit topping according to package instructions, combine with cold milk, and dollop over casserole.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
  8. Melt butter with garlic powder, then brush over biscuit topping after removing from oven. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
